All custom prescription eyewear is final sale.
Frame-only purchases are also final sale.
We offer a one-time restyling within 30 days of purchase, if you’re not fully satisfied.
The original item must be in like-new condition.
Price differences may apply.
Doctor Prescription changes may be done one time within 60 days- See optician for details.

Special Frame Order Policy
We understand that finding the perfect frame is important, and we’re happy to offer a special-order service for patients who would like to see specific frames in alternate colors or sizes that are not currently in stock.
To place a special frame order, a $50 deposit. This amount will be applied toward your purchase if you choose to buy one of the special-order frames. If no purchase is made, the deposit will be non-refundable and retained as a service fee to cover shipping and handling.
Once the frames arrive, you will have 7 days to come in and view them. After 7 days, if no selection has been made, the frames will be returned to the vendor, and the deposit will be forfeited.
